Who comes first? Reading or writing?

The animation of reading and writing consists of creating playful and creatives activities in order to promote the habit and the taste for both, children, young people, the elderly, communities or groups in order to stimulate them to acquire/maintain a close relationship next with the book.

Since reading is a key pillar of personal development, it should be paramount to promote in the human being, regardless of the characteristics/abilities or habit/ taste for reading; contact with books early and on a continuous basis. Books should be varied from simple illustrations to the most stories and themes. Therefore, it is not enough to teach reading; Instead, it is necessary to invest time in the promotion of reading, which implies the construction of writing meaning through strategies directed to the comprehension of a text.

The taste for reading goes through the development of writing because it promotes reflection on language construction processes facilitating reading comprehension.

Its animation allows to develop self-esteem, foster socialization/integration, stimulate creativity; encourage autonomy, and promote success.
