STOP! Stop everything

Always a citizen of Portugal, in love with Minho but above all Lisbon who loves to travel in and out of my country, get to know new places, other cultures, other people with their habits and customs, but always aware of how much difficulty she would have to adapt or start to live according to them, my roots, customs and desires being so ingrained in me.

Today in this voluntary and imposed desert in which we find ourselves, I allowed myself to stop and go through my baggage of memories and let my mind wander through what I was reading, new memories flowed and I realized that the "World" speaks to us . Over the years it has left its mark and its messages, sometimes in a light way, sometimes crude and destructive, being without a doubt the last one that makes us realize our smallness and how weak our power or conquest is, Its strength, power and conquests become insignificant and temporary while its trail remains in the memory of those who live it.

March 11st

Going back in time, I love to celebrate years and in which each represents a new achievement in what is called life time, I reread the writings on the day 11/3/1966, the date I was born and with so little weight, but thanks to my parents' persistence I ended up winning and being here today. However, I venture to say that every March 11th in successive years has always been a milestone in my existence and factors of change, some of them willingly others due to facts and consequences of past acts, but which undoubtedly contributed and were the decisive factor in the construction of my self.

March 11st, 2020, WHO decreed COVID-19 as a World Pandemic that led to so many changes, quarantine and collection around the world.

Dates, which mark, were and will generate changes, the latter still without a notion of the final result, but without a doubt, it has already affected the values ​​and habits of many peoples and allows us to confirm having a clear perception of how much I long for power, the fear and love influence the attitude and promote the action of men.

I wish that with serenity, recollection and peace, listening to the cry of the "World", we will be able to overcome and get out of this scourge that has been growing throughout this quarter, even if this implies behavioral changes that were never unthinkable or difficult to achieve.
