Feelings and affections

We all have feelings that are expressed in different ways and that sometimes mix and manifest at the same time, such as joy, anxiety, sadness, anger...
Feelings that are fed by emotions and affections or by the absence of them, however these are increasingly camouflaged in our self and little externalized.
We all feel the need from childhood, we should not be afraid, uncomfortable or ashamed to practice or express, stop being concerned with captivating, being able to be the self and expressing the same in a natural way.
When was the last time we told others “I like you” in a heartfelt and natural way? Or have we made them feel that they are important to us?
I confess that I stopped doing it myself, however during these last two years, I felt how much they are necessary and that the basis of any healthy interpersonal relationship is in giving and receiving love and affection from someone, creating and establishing friendship relationships, love, sympathy and affection we feel for one another.
Perhaps it is important to think about this, to be ourselves, to accept others as they are and to express more of what we feel.
