Often, we dedicate so much time to our professional lives that when we get home the first thing we want to do is rest, and when we have some free time we set out in search of new places, new activities, thirsty for that "time" that we usually feel quality. However, in this time of confinement that the quarantine places them, it confronts us a little between the yearning, the quality, the obligation and the freedom, leading us to be creative, to resort to times gone by and to find a response to times divided at home. between household chores, tele work and family. The suggestions are immense, the will and dedication is lost in time but little by little it is gained in habit and customs are changed.

We managed to "have more time" and we don't know what to do with it

Conflicts are more frequent but union and complicity also grow in relearning and managing and not giving up, especially if what exists is the love and friendship that unites families. Without a doubt, this confinement, social and emotional situation to which we are endowed will be a tool for change that we are gradually discovering. Let us be creative, patient and open to the change that lies ahead
