Some acrylic fabric paints on the shelf waiting to be used, a captivating training in cearte, https://www.cearte.pt/, some fabrics waiting to be stirred, I took a chance, signed up and did the training in textile stamping.

I understood how to work with stamps, the stencil which is not always easy, the behavior of some fabrics and the ink to be used according to the work to be done.

I invented. I created, made lots of stamps, some natural, others with hot glue, others with eva and still with linoleum. The latter are more difficult and time-consuming to execute.

I can say that I loved it, I discovered techniques I didn't know, some of them I applied to weaving, on paper, cardboard, wood and ceramics and the result was always different but interesting without a doubt.

Now, with the summer in full, the heat tightening, the sea calling and everything asking to be used, the newsagent bag, the result of the final project, became my beach bag and one of the fabrics of experiences became a bag for the sun hat and windshield.

Still far from achieving a work of excellence, manual stamping, based on the implementation of artisanal techniques, which can be reproduced at home individually, handcrafted and without the need to resort to machinery is addictive and I continue to bet already with other projects in sight
