Ever since the memories are present and vivid in me, I remember hearing the sound of old Pfaff working and joining fabrics that would later become garments, sheets, and the many other accessories that would later be worn on. any house or place.

Sometimes Pfaff would be silent to give way to Scissors or Needle and Threads to prepare what should be sewn or to make the necessary finishes.

So between the fascination of colors and bits of cloth that I was gathering and trying to create something for the dolls I grew up and felt that sewing is much more than the handmade or manufactured way of joining two pieces of fabric and creating something, it is the same. combination art of fabrics, colors; lines; techniques and textures in which the articles used to dictate the rules, “speak” and allow them to work freely or planned.

Among the most worked and used techniques is undoubtedly the embroidery, manual or machine that allows customizing through the use of colored threads (cotton, silk, wool, linen, metal…) each piece with figures or simple lines the desired design.

The end result depends on the creativity of its “creator” and is complete when each “artist” feels it completed and allows the final work to present itself.
